Harris Computer Systems Acquires Uniphy Health

Harris Computer Systems has acquired Uniphy Health. Uniphy’s full team is making the move and Harris Computer Systems will remain in its offices located in Newark, reporting to Harris’s Clinical Solutions business. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition brings Harris a powerful new physician workflow tool which has already been successfully integrated at Hunterdon Healthcare in New Jersey. For Uniphy, the acquisition brings an opportunity for rapid institutional scaling, including a much larger sales team.
