HCA Florida Closes Mental Health Hospital In Pasco County

HCA Florida closed HCA Florida Trinity West Hospital, a mental health facility located in New Port Richey in Pasco County, Florida, due to damage caused by Hurricane Idalia. The hospital had been temporarily closed due to the county’s hurricane evacuation orders. Services were suspended and the six inpatients were transferred to other HCA Florida Healthcare mental health programs on August 30, 2023.
