Headspace Health Acquires The Shine App, An Inclusive Mental Health & Well-Being Platform

Headspace Health, a digital mental health platform, acquired the Shine app, a platform for mental heath and wellness support. Financial terms were not disclosed. Shine’s co-founders and co-chief executive officers Marah Lidey and Naomi Hirabayashi will join Headspace Health, assuming leadership roles on the company's product and marketing teams respectively. A team of Shine engineers, client success, and marketing leaders will also join Headspace Health to advance the company’s mental health strategy, content and experiences.
