Health Care Consulting & Services Consolidation: VMG Health Acquires Veralon

Health care consulting firm VMG Health acquired Veralon, which also provides health care consulting services related to strategy, finance, valuation, provider compensation, value-based care, and virtual board education. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction closed on December 31, 2024.

The acquisition enables VMG Health to expand its presence to key locations in Philadelphia and New York City to serve clients operating in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S. health care markets.
