Health Care Professionals At PeaceHealth To Participate In Medicare Value-Based Care Programs Supported By Honest Health
PeaceHealth has engaged Honest Health to provide operational support for health care professionals participating in select Medicare value-based care programs across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. The arrangement will be administered through PeaceHealth's Cascadia Community Care Alliance (CCCA).
Under the agreement, Honest Health will offer analytics, documentation support, and care management services to participating health care professionals. These services are intended to complement PeaceHealth's existing infrastructure and reduce administrative burden. Health care professional participation is voluntary.
