Health Connect America Acquires First Home Care & North Star Counseling Of Central Florida

Health Connect America, Inc., which provides a behavioral health services platform, completed two acquisitions: First Home Care and North Star Counseling of Central Florida. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisitions are expected to advance the Health Connect America’s geographic reach and breadth of services to the more than 21,000 children and their families it serves in seven states across the southeast portion of the United States. These two transactions build on Health Connect America’s previous three acquisitions announced in early 2022 under the ownership of Palladium Equity Partners.
