Health Solutions, a provider of behavioral health care, addiction treatment, and integrated care, has acquired Mind Springs Health in Grand Junction. Mind Springs has been rebranded as Health Solutions West. The financial terms were not disclosed.

Current clients of Mind Springs Health were encouraged to attend existing appointments as planned, and advised that they would continue to receive services without interruption. Existing locations have remained open. Health Solutions said it actively engaged staff across the region to preserve local experience and relationships.
