HealthTeam Advantage Partners With Papa To Bring Companion Support To Medicare Advantage Members  

North Carolina-based HealthTeam Advantage (HTA) is partnering with Papa, which addresses social determinants of health among older adults, to offer social support to HTA’s Medicare Advantage members, as well as those enrolled in its Chronic Condition Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) for those with heart failure and diabetes.  Beginning in 2024, eligible HTA members will have access to Papa’s companion network, called Papa Pals.
