Healthware Group Acquires Argon Global Healthcare Network

Healthware Group, a global health innovation and technology leader, providing advisory, agency and digital health services, acquired Argon Global Healthcare, a large international network of independent health care agencies. The organization will be rebranded as Healthware Global Network. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Argon Global Healthcare was established in 2004. It acquires independently owned health care communication agencies with proven track record and integrating them in a solid structure covering the major markets in EMEA, Americas and APAC.
