Help At Home Expands Market Presence In Georgia Through Acquisitions 

National in-home personal care service provider Help at Home expanded its position in Georgia through acquisitions. It recently acquired three Georgia-based home care organizations: Care By Your Side, One Care Health, and AAMedcare. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Prior to the acquisitions, Help at Home provided Home and Community-based Services (HCBS) across southern Georgia. It recently expanded in the Atlanta and Augusta markets. Its Georgia footprint includes DeKalb, Fulton, Douglas, Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry, Clayton, Newton, Hancock, Walton, Butts, Rockdale, Monroe, and Jasper counties.;
