HHS & DOJ False Claims Act Working Group Targets Health Care Fraud

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) created the DOJ-HHS False Claims Act (FCA) Working Group to strengthen ongoing collaboration and advance priority enforcement against health care fraud and abuse.;
