Texas HHSC Launches $23.2 Million Addiction Prevention Campaign Effort
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is launching a $23.2 million public awareness campaign to prevent addiction and help Texans access necessary treatment and services. The addiction awareness campaign aims to reach about 2.5 million people in Texas. It will focus on reducing stigma, building community connection and resilience, and changing social norms to prevent drug use and addiction.
