Hilltop Welcomes Two Senior Directors

Hilltop Institute recently announced the addition of two new senior directors. Jim Clavin will be Hilltop’s new Chief Technology and Compliance Officer and Alice Middleton will be Hilltop’s new Chief of Staff.

Jim Clavin will lead the development for technologic innovation and translate it into strategic priorities and work plans. He is accountable for creating and carrying out a procedure for measuring Hilltop’s data management needs in consultation with Hilltop senior management, staff, clients, and UMBC administration.
