Home-Care Provider Organization Amivie Acquires FosterBridge, Inc.

Amivie, which provides home-based and community-based care services, announced that it acquired FosterBridge, Inc., an Ohio-based, in-home care provider that serves seniors across 23 counties in southeastern Ohio. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Amivie’s geographic footprint in Ohio. This further supports the organization’s growth strategy in the Midwest while reinforcing its commitment to high-quality, home-based care for Medicaid populations, the announcement stated.
