Home State Health Launches First Foster Care Center Of Excellence In Partnership With Jordan Valley Community Health Center

Home State Health announced its first Foster Care Center of Excellence (FCCoE), in Springfield, Missouri, in collaboration with Jordan Valley Community Health Center. The FCCoE is intended to improve the health outcomes and well-being of children and youth in Missouri's foster care system.

The FCCoE provides:

A "one-stop shop," working closely with caseworkers and families to quickly connect children and youth to behavioral health, physical health, vision, and dental services

Free health exams and completion of a required form by placement provider organizations to obtain a foster care license
