Hospice of Central Pennsylvania Names Gilbert Brown Chief Executive Officer

The board of directors of Hospice of Central Pennsylvania has named Gilbert Brown the organization's new chief executive officer (CEO). Brown replaces Karen Paris, who retired after 29 years.

A native of Union Dale, Brown has more than 30 years of experience in health care operations and management. He most recently served as the chief operating officer for eight years at Hospice by the Sea, a Florida-based, nonprofit provider of hospice, home health care and palliative care services.
