Humana & DUOS Launch Initiative To Enhance Care For Veterans  

Humana is partnering with DUOS, a digital health company focused on helping older adults, on a collaborative program to connect Louisiana veterans with chronic conditions to benefits and resources.  

Under the partnership, which lasts throughout 2024, individuals with Humana Medicare Advantage plans in Louisiana who are veterans and have a chronic condition can access an assessment of health-related needs and goals. Members are then matched with benefits and resources available through their;Medicare Advantage plan and/or veterans’ benefits. ;
