Humana Enters Value-Based Agreements With Two National Durable Medical Equipment Organizations For Its Medicare Advantage HMO Plans

Humana entered regional value-based agreements with durable medical equipment (DME) suppliers AdaptHealth Corp. and Rotech Healthcare Inc. to enhance its Medicare Advantage members’ access to DME. The agreements go live July 1, 2023. Financial details about the arrangements have not been disclosed. The two organizations will provide a simpler, more streamlined experience to Humana Medicare Advantage members who need DME to manage their health at home.
