Humana & Interwell Health Enter New Value-Based Care Agreement That Expands Comprehensive Kidney Care For Medicare Advantage Members In 13 States

Insurer Humana, Inc., and Interwell Health, which provides a kidney care management program, entered a new value-based care agreement in 13 states for most Humana Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO members. The services are intended for Humana Medicare Advantage members living with chronic kidney disease (CKD), as well as members across the country living with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD).
