Humana & Longevity Health Extend Medicare I-SNP Partnership Through 2030

Humana, the large health insurer, and its partner Longevity Health, which provides a national Medicare institutional special needs plan (I-SNP) for nursing home residents, extended their partnership through 2030. The partnership launched in May 2023, and it currently serves members in seven states, with plans to expand to new markets and customer segments.

I-SNPs are Medicare Advantage plans designed for Medicare beneficiaries living in long-term care facilities or senior living communities. Like most Medicare Advantage plans, I-SNPs cover Medicare Parts A and B, and Part D prescription drug coverage, but the I-SNP benefits are adapted . . .
