Humana Subsidiary, CenterWell Home Health, To Acquire Trilogy Home Health In Florida

CenterWell Home Health, a subsidiary of insurer Humana, Inc., agreed to acquire Trilogy Home Health and its 11 locations across Florida. Trilogy provides home health care, personal care, and care coordination services. Financial terms have not been disclosed. The Trilogy acquisition will expand CenterWell Home Health’s presence in Florida.
