I/DD-Focused Partnership Solutions Acquires Medicare ACO, Alliance For Integrated Care Of New York

Partnership Solutions, which supports and facilitates comprehensive health care and habilitative services for New Yorkers with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), acquired the Alliance for Integrated Care of New York (AICNY), a Medicare accountable care organization (ACO) for beneficiaries with I/DD. Financial terms were not disclosed. The ACO will continue to operate under the AICNY name and participate in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Both organizations focus on serving people with I/DD.
