Idaho’s Department of Health & Welfare recently opened a new facility for foster care in the city of Payette. The 16-bed facility is called the Payette Assessment and Care Center (PACC). ;
Idaho has a shortage of foster homes equipped to care for children with developmental disabilities and for sibling groups to stay together. The PACC will help fill those needs.;
