Idaho Long-Term Care Hospital To Close, Lay Off 135 Employees
10Southwest Idaho Advanced Care Hospital recently announced that it will be closing its doors in February. As a result of the Boise-based hospital closing, 135 employees are expected to lose their jobs.
Taking over operation of the building will be Vibra Hospital of Boise (Vibra), another long-term acute care facility. Vibra will be teaming up with Ernest Health, the owner of the hospital, to continue providing services to consumers within the community.
