Illinois, Google Public Sector Partner To Increase Access To Behavioral Health For Children   

The Illinois Department of Human Services and Google Public Sector are partnering to develop Behavioral Health Care and Ongoing Navigation (BEACON): A service access portal for youth in the state. BEACON is intended to serve as a centralized point of access for youth involved with various state agencies. The online portal uses Google Cloud's secure, scalable, and advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing technology. It is designed to help Illinois families to access behavioral and mental health resources for children.
