In Settlement With Washington State, Travel Insurer Allianz Agrees To Pay $1.5 Million For Mental Health Discrimination
The travel insurance company Allianz agreed to a settlement with the Washington State Attorney General in which it will pay $1.5 million to 560 policy holders whose claims for interrupted travel plans were denied because the claim was related to a nervous or mental health event.
