Infinity Behavioral Health Services Acquires Health Assets Management Inc.

Infinity Behavioral Health Services (Infinity) recently announced it is acquiring Health Assets Management Inc. It is anticipated that the acquisition will help add to Infinity’s infrastructure in facility-based reimbursement with commercial payers.

Through the purchase, Infinity will now be partnering with the official company of the New York Psychological Association, as we well as the official billing company of the New York State National Association of Social Workers. Infinity anticipates that the new partnership will help providers in the area to better focus on caring for their patients, while increasing revenue.
