InMed Pharmaceuticals & Mentari Therapeutics Enter Merger Agreement To Advance Migraine Prevention Therapies

InMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. entered into a definitive all-stock merger agreement with Mentari Therapeutics, Inc., Indigo Merger Sub Corp., and Indigo Merger Sub II, LLC, both wholly owned subsidiaries of InMed. The transaction would combine Mentari’s migraine drug development programs with InMed’s public company structure. As of September 22, 2026, the merger was still pending, but is expected to close during the second half of 2026.
