Innovive Health Expands Home Health Care Services Into Four Additional Colorado Counties

Innovive Health, a home health care agency specializing in the treatment of those with complex behavioral health and comorbid medical conditions, has received approval from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to expand into Denver, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Jefferson counties.

The company established operations in Colorado Springs three years ago, initially serving El Paso and Pueblo counties. The service expansion increases the organizations service footprint across the state and extends its model of home-based care for individuals with co-occurring behavioral health and medical needs.
