Inperium Announces Acquisition Agreement With Youth Services Agency

Inperium Inc., a non-profit human service organization, recently announced that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with Youth Services Agency (YSA). The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

The transaction will enable YSA to broaden its services clinically and geographically. Inperium continues to expand its services to include more services and opportunities for children and youth in Pennsylvania. Inperium’s expectation is to expand its child and adolescent division and to restore justice principles of the Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategy to change lives of children and youth.
