Non-profit Inperium, Inc. entered a binding letter of intent to affiliate with non-profit Shelby Residential and Vocational Services, Inc. (SRVS), which provides services for individuals with disabilities in West Tennessee. The transaction is expected to close on or before October 31, 2022, conditioned upon state approvals.
