Insurers CareSource & Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative In Wisconsin Finalize Affiliation

Managed care organization (MCO) CareSource and Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative (CGHC) received approval from the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance to finalize their affiliation, effective January 1, 2025. The affiliation was also approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight.

The affiliated organization will be led by Cathy Mahaffey as CEO, Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative and CareSource market president, Wisconsin. Ms. Mahaffey has led CGHC since 2014.
