InTandem Capital Partners Invests In HouseWorks

InTandem Capital Partners, LLC (InTandem Capital), a health care services focused private equity firm, has completed a strategic equity investment in HouseWorks, a large independent home care company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HouseWorks builds upon InTandem Capital’s exclusive focus on the health care services sector, and specifically the InTandem Capital’s existing portfolio of home care services companies.
