Intermountain Health Finalizes Acquisition Of Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging In Las Vegas

Intermountain Health announced it has finalized its acquisition of Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging (SDMI), an outpatient radiology imaging company with 12 locations across the Las Vegas Valley. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Intermountain Health’s addition of imaging centers to its growing availability of health care services in southern Nevada enhances consumer access to more coordinated and integrated health care.
