Southeast Iowa Link To Merge With South Central Behavioral Health Region

Two Iowa mental health regional entities in southeastern Iowa, Southeast Iowa Link (SEIL) and the South Central Behavioral Health Region (SCBHR), plan to merge by July 1, 2023.
