Southeast Iowa Link To Merge With South Central Behavioral Health Region
Two Iowa mental health regional entities in southeastern Iowa, Southeast Iowa Link (SEIL) and the South Central Behavioral Health Region (SCBHR), plan to merge by July 1, 2023. The name for the merged entity has not yet been determined and the merger has not yet been approved by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or the Mental Health and Disability Services (MHDS) commission.
