Iowa’s Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services Elevates Cynthia Steidl Bishop To CEO

Cynthia Steidl Bishop is the new chief executive officer (CEO) of Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services, one of the largest providers of mental health services in Iowa. Ms. Bishop previously was chief operations officer of the non-profit. She succeeds Earl Kelly, who retired after nearly 10 years as head of the agency. Besides her operations-executive qualifications, Ms. Bishop is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and supervised practice experience.

Eyerly Ball has five outpatient clinic locations in Dallas, Warren, Boone, Story and Polk counties, as well as two residential sites . . .
