IPC Healthcare Acquires Atlantic Hospitalist Group

IPC Healthcare, Inc., a leading national acute hospitalist and post-acute provider organization, announced it acquired Atlantic Hospitalist Group, an acute care inpatient group located in Macon, Georgia. The patient encounters for Atlantic are estimated at approximately 16,000 on an annualized basis. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
