Jennie Stuart Health To Join Deaconess Health Kentucky

Jennie Stuart Health (JSH) and Deaconess Health Kentucky (Deaconess) have entered into a definitive agreement under which JSH will become part of the Deaconess system. The agreement includes a commitment from Deaconess to invest at least $95 million in JSH and a pledge to fully fund JSH’s transition to its electronic health records (EHR) platform.
