Justice Department Sues Johns Hopkins Health System Over ADA Violations Due To Excluding Support Persons For People With Disabilities

The Justice Department filed a complaint;and;proposed consent decree;resolving allegations that Johns Hopkins Health System violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by denying people with disabilities equal access to medical care by excluding their necessary support persons.
