Kentucky’s Wendell Foster’s Campus for Developmental Disabilities Names Blackham CEO
Carrie Blackham will serve as the next chief executive officer (CEO) of Wendell Foster's Campus for Developmental Disabilities. She will take over September 1.
Blackham, a Daviess County resident, will replace Terry Brownson who is retiring.
Wendell Foster's supports children and adults with developmental disabilities across western Kentucky.
