Kinderhook Sells Synzi To AMN Healthcare

Kinderhook Industries, LLC announced a definitive agreement to sell Telehealth 2017 Holdings, LLC, (Synzi) to AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. for a purchase price of $42.5 million. The acquisition closed on April 7, 2021.
