KPC Health Acquires Seven Promise Healthcare Hospitals, Two Skilled Nursing Facilities

KPC Health (KPC) recently announced it has acquired seven Promise Healthcare (Promise) long-term acute care hospitals, as well as two of its skilled nursing facilities. The facilities are located throughout Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Utah.

KPC leadership cited the purchases as a key step towards its vision of creating a fully integrated national health care system that offers access to advanced, quality care. KPC stated that the acquisitions will add valuable assets and intellectual property to KPC, as the organization plans to integrate the facilities into its nationwide health care system.
