Lehigh Regional Medical Center To Open 27-Bed, 55 & Older Behavioral Health Unit
Lehigh Regional Medical Center (Lehigh) recently announced its plans to open a 27-bed, 55 and older behavioral health unit. According to statements from the center’s leadership, the new unit is expected to open around June of 2018.
Prior to opening, Lehigh anticipates that it will be able to begin offering electroconvulsive therapy as soon as the spring. Assisting Lehigh in the construction of the unit will be the law firm Smith & Associates and Burt Hill/Pollock Krieg Architects.
