Liberty Resources Announces New Chief Operating Officer

Human services leader Liberty Resources announces the appointment of Carrie Doran as Chief Operating Officer (COO). As a senior member of the Executive Leadership team, COO Doran will assume a strategic role in the overall management and strategic direction of the agency, as well as advance the mission of Liberty Resources and its affiliate programs.
