LifeStance Health Acquires Acuity Counseling In Seattle, Washington

LifeStance Health acquired Acuity Counseling, an outpatient mental health organization serving Washington state. Financial terms were not disclosed. Acuity Counseling has been rebranded as LifeStance Health.

Acuity Counseling was founded in 2016 in Seattle, Washington by Colleen Hilton. It is a “boutique” practice that provides individual and group counseling in Western Washington. During the fall of 2021, it planned to open an office in Spokane in Eastern Washington.
