LKP Ventures Enters Senior Living Via Partnership With Civitas

Real estate development organization LKP Ventures (LKP) recently announced it is entering into the senior living market through a partnership with Civitas Senior Living (Civitas). The collaboration will result in the creation of an assisted living and memory care community located in Roanoke, Texas.

The new community, named Harvest Senior Living, will mark what LKP and Civitas hope will be the first of many senior living communities that will be launched  through their partnership.
