LRT Co. Acquires Property To Build $65 Million Senior Housing Project In Rhode Island

LRT Company, which develops multifamily and senior living communities, acquired 12.38 acres near Providence, Rhode Island and plans to develop a $65 million senior housing campus to be called Tiffany Laurel Reserve. The campus will include 204 units to be composed of 127 independent living units and 77 assisted living and memory care units. About 25% of the independent living units will be for low-income individuals. LRT Company anticipates breaking ground during the summer of 2025.
