Magellan Health To Acquire Veridicus Holding, LLC For $74.5 Million

Arizona-based Magellan Health Services has entered into an agreement to acquire Utah-based Veridicus Holding, LLC. Veridicus Holding, LLC is a privately held pharmacy benefit management (PBM) organization that integrates pharmacy, medical, and lab data to find targeted clinical care intervention methods. The move lets Magellan Health expand their PBM presence to improve quality of care and outcomes while reducing costs for their patients.

Magellan Health is a full-service PBM that expands on core services that helps customers connect to needed people, information, and technology to make smarter health care decisions.
