Main Street Health Launches To Deliver Value-Based Care In Rural Areas

Russell Street Ventures launched Main Street Health, a new company focused exclusively on delivering value-based health care for older adults in rural America. Main Street Health’s first offering is the Extra Access program, which will provide a range of enhanced health care services to Medicare beneficiaries in rural America in partnership with rural primary care provider organizations, urgent care clinics, and independent pharmacies.

The Extra Access Program, will initially be available in 30 locations across eight western Tennessee counties, reaching more than 59,000 Medicare beneficiaries. Main Street Health plans to scale the program nationally.
